Drive By Appraisal: $250.00*
Vacant Land Appraisals: $300.00*
Multi Family (1-4 family): $600.00 - $800.00*
Court Testimony: Call for a quote and references.
* Covering Snohomish, King and Skagit county for the above listed fees.
* Take an additional $50.00 of the listed fee if payment is made at the time of inspection.
* Waterfront properties, homes on excessive acreage, and other atypical properties may be extra.
* We will meet or beat any competitor’s fee quote
* Appraisals are usually delivered within 24 hours of inspection, via .pdf
* Average turn times for:
Exterior only inspection – Same day or Next day.
Interior inspection required – 1-2 Business days (assuming ready access).
